THE PORCELAIN CIRCA 1745, THE MOUNTS CIRCA 1750, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARKS, ONE ABOVE A DOT
Probably modelled by J.J. Kaendler, each domed cover with a finial formed as a seated putto, emblematic of Spring and Winter from a set of the Four Seasons, above flowers and leaves, gilt-line rims, one vase applied with flowering tendrils, the other with a sparrow perched on ivy and applied with fir-cones and branches, the neck moulded with icicles, on pierced asymmetric bases
