Rolph: "Five hundred sets of sheets were printed but in the first instance only two hundred and fifty were bound ... and issued on or within a very few days of 18th Dec. 1934 ... The remaining two hundred and fifty sets of sheets, constituting the second issue, were bound up a year later."
