After a European pewter prototype, the globular lower body rising to a wide cylindrical neck, painted with three vertical panels enclosing respectively prunus, chrysanthemum and peony issuing from rockwork, reserved on an underglaze-blue ground enriched in gilt with floral scrolls, one side applied with a strap handle
