by the Imperial Porcelain Factory, St. Petersburg, period of Alexander III, 1890, with later black overglaze State Porcelain factory mark of Hammer, Sickle and Cog, with signature of Zinaida Kobyletskaya, dated 1925
Shaped circular, painted with a garland of flowers in colours, cicelé gilding, over a cobalt blue ground, with four white ground flowerspays, marked under base
9 7/8 in. (25.2 cm.) diam.
