Each circular and with two bracket handles and a stepped cover, each engraved with the initial 'H' within a Garter motto and below a Royal Duke's coronet, the base engraved with an inscription, marked on base and on lighter

The inscription reads 'Presented to H.R.H. The Duke of Gloucester K.G. on his marriage 6th November 1935, by the staff at York House and The Fort'.
The initial is that of H.R.H. The Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester. (2)
