CIRCA 500-450 B.C.
The handle with lower attachment plate in the form of a siren with wings outstretched and volutes to either side, at the top a palmette between rotelles, a split palmette to either side for attachment to rim; the bronze olpe with an ovoid body, the everted rim overhang moulded with ovolo below beading, mounted
