Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1951 and its subsequent sale on 7 July 1951. It has never been offered at auction before and is thought to be one of six examples of this reference in pink gold to appear in public to date.

Reference 2434 was introduced into the market in 1948 and fitted with calibre 9'''90 or 10'''200.
