Lot Essay

Margarita Leonidovna Chernikhova, the widow of the artist's son, has confirmed the authenticity of this work.

This drawing was published under no. 226 in Chernikhov's The Construction of Architectural and Machine Forms (Konstruktsiia arkhitekturnykh i mashinykh form) published in 1931 in Leningrad.
