Margarita Leonidovna Chernikhova, the widow of the artist's son, has confirmed the authenticity of these works.

The two present drawings were published under no. 48 and no. 93 in Chernikhov's Architectural Fantasies (Arkhitekturnye fantazii) published in 1933 in Leningrad.
