Margarita Leonidovna Chernikhova, the widow of the artist's son, has confirmed the authenticity of these works.

The drawing no. (iv) was published in Chernikhov's Fundamentals of Contemporary Architecture (Osnovy sovremennoi arkhitektury), first published in 1930 in Leningrad, and reprinted in 1931.
