4o (197 x 139 mm). Engraved title, engraved coat-of-arms and a few woodcuts and woodcut initials. (Some dampstaining, minor worming, margin of engraved title repaired.) Contemporary vellum, sides decorated with two large ocal ivory plaques, plaque on upper cover depicting the two saints, lower cover with the dedication to the Cardinal Altieri, sheep skin back strip (ivory warped, light wear to edges). Provenance: Cardinal Altieri (binding); purchased from Emil Offenbacher, 5 June 1958.
