Engraved frontispiece. 18th-century French painted and inlaid tan morocco, inlaid and gilt to a rococo design, decorated with spangles, front cover with the painted arms of Angeliqué Elisabeth Camus-de-Pontcarré and her monogram at center of back cover, each protected by mica, smooth spine gilt and with blue and red painted rectangles, blue silk endleaves (some minor restoration); citron morocco folding case. Provenance: Mortimer Schiff (bookplate).
