Circa 1780-1790
The baluster vases of rectangular section, enamelled to the main panels with scenes on pavilion terraces with figures at leisure and a river in the background, between smaller cartouches of birds and landscapes on the waisted neck and base, all reserved on a seeded turquoise ground with shallow relief-moulded flowers in gilt, the sides applied with gilt qilong handles, the cover surmounted by a lion finial, some repair and cracks
