The dial with applied Roman chapters, the eight day spring barrels movement with novelty pendulum rising and falling with the escapement, strike on gong, the back plate stamped GLT and Japy Frères and numbered 417; the side pieces of conforming shape and simulating roller presses
The clock -- 18.in (46 cm.) high, the garniture -- 9¾ in. (25 cm.) high (3)
