The bust, portraying Lord Eldon as Chancellor, is signed by the sculptor, wax modeller and gem-engraver David Morrison (Morison) (d. c.1850). Morison was appointed 'miniature modeller' to the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duchess of Cambridge and the Princess Augusta.
