A Chinese rectangular silver box and cover, Da Xing maker's mark, 19th century
decorated in repousse with dignitaries and attendants listening to a musician playing the qin within a fenced terrace surrounded by pavilions amidst pine, plantain, bamboo and other trees in a mountainous landscape, the sides with a female immortal on clouds, scholars, attendants, peasants and boys amidst trees, pagodas and a shrine gate -- 6 5/8in. (16.8cm.) wide.
