Original cloth (head and tail of spine chipped, extremities a little rubbed). Provenance: HLA MYINT (b.1920), professor at the London School of Economics and important contributor to the theory of underdeveloped economies (his copy with signature on front free endpaper) -- some underlining and annotations in pencil. FIRST EDITION.
