Circular, the center painted with stylized undulating foliage with blue and green flowerheads, around a red rosette, on a black ground with leaf-tip border, surrounded by green palmette motifs at intervals, on a ciselé gilt ground, the gilt rim painted in red and green to simulate jewels, marked under base with blue cipher
