A QAJAR ENGRAVED AND DAMASCENED STEEL KASHKUL, IRAN, 19TH CENTURY
of typical coco-de-mer form the top and underside engraved with seated figures in an outdoor setting, the sides a series of cartouches with inscriptions in praise of the kashkul, damscening throughout, the ends with ring attachments and chain - 10 1/2in (26.5cm) long

The Doorn-Koller Collection, formed in the late 19th and early 20th Century.
