AN OTTOMAN WATERPIPE, SYRIA OR EGYPT, 19TH CENTURY
On four lobed feet with rounded base, egg shaped bowl with attached mouth piece rising in globular sections to an open petal shaped charcoal bowl, the base and body decorated in wood with copper inlaid scrolling grape vines, the stem with pewter inlay in gemetric designs, with wood, cloth and leather mouthpiece attachment - 42 1/4in. (106.5cm.) high
