This lid was obtained by the vendor on 10th September 1969 at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London, where Lennon and Yoko's films were being screened, and the couple were doing a 'Bag-In' on stage throughout the screening. Each member of the audience was given a lid or baking tray to bang on, whilst being secretly filmed.
