Decorated overall with scrolling foliage, masks and putti, the rectangular top centered with a panel depicting a courtly scene, within a field decorated with classical motifs, foliate sprays and putti, the simulated panelled and conformingly decorated frieze with two drawers, above square tapering legs, joined by waved pierced stretchers centered with an urn-shaped finial and decorated with floral sprays, on bun feet, the top possibly 18th century and later inlaid
