Cal. 10-200 nickel-finished lever movement stamped twice with the Geneva seal, 18 jewels, the silvered matte dial with applied gold baton and square-shaped numerals, subsidiary seconds, in circular case with stepped bezel, later crown, downturned fluted lugs, snap on back, case, dial and movement signed
34 mm. diam.

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1952 and its subsequent sale on 11 August 1953.

Manufacture of reference 2500 was launched in 1951. The model was made in two versions, the first series with calibre 10'''200, the second with calibre 12'''400.

The present watch has never been offered at auction before and is believed to be one of only 10 examples of a first series reference 2500 to appear in public to date.
