IRON-RED DAOGUANG SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
The deep bowl with rounded sides rising from a straight foot to a foliate rim and moulded as a lotus flower, the domed cover similarly moulded, the exterior of each enamelled with mixed fruits and flowers, including lychee, peach, persimmon, pomegranate, lotus, peony, chrysanthemum, magnolia, prunus and iris between moulded lappets enamelled with the endless knot alternating with a musical stone, the interior, foot and cover handle under a turquoise enamel
