A LATE 18TH CENTURY GOLD PAIR CASED QUARTER REPEATING VERGE POCKETWATCH
The gilt dial with Roman numerals and Arabic five minute markers, the verge movement with fusee, twin hammers and engraved pierced balance cock with rose-cut diamond endstone, the inner case with pierced floral engraved decoration and engraved pastoral scene and grotesque mask detail, the outer case with pierced embossed floral decoration, embossed male profile head medallion detail and quatrefoil vacant cartouche, circa 1770
