Baluster form on pedestal foot, sides embossed with fluting & flowers below an undulating foliate band, a band of trailing flowers around the top, scalloped spout with beaded rat-tails, foliate-chaed domed cover with knop finial, gadroon borders, scalloped upper junction to handle, inscribed with scratch-weight under foot, "30:12", 12 in. high (30 cm.), 31 oz.
