CIRCA 1735, FAINT BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK, DREHER'S MARK OF THREE CIRCLES FOR SEIDEL
One side painted with a bird beside flowering peony issuing from rockwork, the other with a bird perched on bamboo beside flowering peony within purple line ogival panels, the ground reserved with a bird on a flowering plant, birds and insects in flight and a flowering plant, the scroll handle and short curved spout with indianische Blumen, the quatrefoil domed cover similarly decorated below a bud finial, brown line rim (shallow chip to edge of rim and underside of cover, very minor rubbing to tip of spout)
