A GERMAN FLUTED FULL SHAFFRON, IN EARLY 16TH CENTURY STYLE

Formed in one piece, with convex muzzle decorated with a ribbed pattern of fluting, embossed with a further voluted pattern of fluting above the eyes and fitted with central spike on a shield-shaped escutcheon.
