QIANLONG SEAL MARKS IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
Each with deep rounded sides flaring upwards from the slightly splayed small foot, the exterior covered with a glaze of soft crushed strawberry tone, the white glaze of the interior with a faint blue-green tinge

A similar pair of bowls was included in the exhibition catalogue, Monochrome Ceramics of Ming and Ch'ing Dynasties, Min Chiu Society and the Urban Council, Hong Kong Museum of Art, 1977, p. 30, no. 17.
