Lot Essay

A similar tazra was sold in these Rooms, 17 April 2007, lot 332. Very similar workmanship can be seen on a larger example in the Musée des Oudaias (Marie-Rose Rabatié and André Goldenberg, Bijoux du Maroc, Aix-en-Provence, 1999, p.63-top).
