The finely detailed two doored chest opening to reveal a series of drawers, decorated in gold hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, hirame, heidatsu on a nashiji ground, depicting a scene from the tale of Genji, the drawers with various musical instruments including a koto, elaborate silver fittings
