8° (260 x 170mm). (Browned, light edge-wear, repaired tear.) Original illustrated wrappers, printed in green, red, yellow and purple (re-backed, repaired chips with some loss of text, soiling). Provenance: Russian bookseller (inscription on back cover, and remnants of sticker removal).

FIRST EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY WARMLY INSCRIBED BY KAMENSKII, one of the founders of Russian Futurism, to the renowned Georgian actor Nikolai Mikhailovich Tseretelli (1890-1942). Tseretelli had that year performed in 'King Arlekin', produced by the Moscow Chamber Theatre, and had earlier played the lead in Aleksandr Tairov's staging, with costumes by Ekster, of Annenskii's 'Thamyris Kitharodos'. This anthology of earlier work includes the first publication in full of Kamenskii's 'Stenka Razin'. MoMA, The Russian Avant-Garde Book, 205.
