Oblong with shaped ends, the reverse finely engraved with figures symbolizing 'Hope', 'Faith' and 'Charity', inscribed below: Door Hoop Geloof en Liefde kragtig . Is mijn Geluk In Godt Almagtig Want buyten dat ist dat anders niet . Dan kwelling, within a band of scrolling foliage, the sides engraved with huntsmen and dogs, the hinged cover with three scenes from the baker's guild, kneading, baking and selling, inscribed below: Ick Werk altijd . Met groote Vlijd . Die mijn benijd . Verslijd sijn tijd . Met Ongerust gemoet . Wat kan men wenschen Als zeegen Van den Heer . En Gunste van den Menschen, within a band of scrolling foliage and four oval medallions each with reclining figure, marked inside box
