Maker's mark probably a pyramide or top, Amsterdam, apparently no date-letter, circa 1690
Oval, the reverse and hinged cover finely engraved with sunflowers, dog and daisies, the sides with engraved laurel band between two raised reeded bands, gilt inside, marked inside box
