Brightly enamelled with a Dutch coat-of-arms and crest flanked by scrolling foliage within a yellow-ground roundel surrounded by the inscription DIE RIGTETSYNDOEN ALNAGODTSWOORT- JANBLONKEBYLE- DIENADE RECHTE LINEWILTHOUWENVOORT- AP 1733, the border with iron-red whorl-ground lappets and large peony and chrysanthemum blooms
