The cannelee case with top and sides mounted with champlevé enamel panels decorated with polychrome flowers set against a light blue background, the dial with conforming decoration, gilt chapter ring with Roman numerals and blued steel spade hands, the twin barrels movement with silvered platform to bimetallic lever balance, strike/repeat on gong; winding key
