Seven various metal ojime, 19th Century
the first of round hexagonal form in copper, applied in relief with a phoenix perched on a sakura branch, signed Mitsuyoshi; of silver worked in relief with a spray of leafy peony to each side; of cylindrical form in relief with kiku; another of similar form in bronze and gilt details with a bird perched on bamboo gazing at vine and grapes above, signed Chomin; an oval shaped silver ojime with a gilt snake in relief; of silver and gilt with a flowering spray; the last of silver with a foliate rim of a puppy scratching its chin -- 0 13/16in.
