A greyish celadon jade cup stand and matched cup, 17th Century
the stand carved in relief with four quatrefoil cartouches of auspicious characters surrounded by flowering lotus, chrysanthemum, prunus and peony branches, the cup fitted to the central well, incised imperial mark to base -- 7 3/8in. (18.7cm.) diam.; and a further celadon cup with straight sides, wood stand. (3)
