Christ blessing and resting his left hand on a globe with a cross on its top, flanked by an elderly martyr and the Guardian angel, the silver case in the form of a trefoil arch, the closed wings engraved with stylised decoration, with an applied Patriarchal cross, the back of the triptych inscribed: Save and protect and dated 13 April 1912
