Four Chinese and Japanese vases mounted as lamps
The first late 17th Century, the others late 19th Century
Comprising a blue and white double-gourd vase painted with continuous scenes of figures in a river-landscape, 43.5 cm. high; a famille verte moonflask painted to the two large medallions with a dignitary surrounded by servants, applied with qilong-handles, 35.5 cm. high; and a pair of Japanese cylindrical vases enamelled with birds hovering above large sprays of chrysanthemum and lily, 24 cm. high, all mounted as lamps and fitted for electricity, damages (4)
Special notice
