The Compleat Horseman and Expert Ferrier, In two bookes. London: printed by Thomas Harper, to be sold by Lawrence Chapman, 1639. Small 2°, title within typographical border, one woodcut illustration (lacks the portrait of Charles I, a few upper margins cropped, light waterstaining to bottom margins of last leaves), contemporary sheep (spine torn with loss at head and foot, covers rather rubbed, front inner hinges split). Provenance: Sampson Robinson, veterinary surgeon, Shiftnal (old inscription on verso of title).
