Lot Essay

Originally trained as a classical guitarist, Andy Summers' style of playing has run the spectrum from Rock to Jazz and Brazilian. The short scale length and OOO body size were some of his requirements when designing the guitar with Martin's Dick Boak. The rope pattern binding adds a distinctively 19th century look to the modern cut-away rosewood body.
The OOOC-28 Andy Summers Signature Edition was issued in 2006 in an edition of 87.
