in gold hiramakie on a kirigane ground with silver and gold takamakie and with kinji panels inlaid with aogai, tortoise-shell, coral and ivory with baskets of flowers and birds, the shoulders below the hexagonal, tapered neck fitted with silvered ringed elephant heads, silver rims, signed to the base Masashita -- 10½in.
