Offered in original wooden case. One damaged capsule. Four slightly torn labels. One very bin-soiled, one bin-soiled and two slightly bin-soiled labels. Levels: one upper, two mid/upper, four mid, four mid/low and one low shoulder
Tasting note: One of the greatest clarets of all time, certainly the most distinctive and consistent. Virtually identical recent notes: still impressively deep with a jewel-like ruby sheen; inimitably exotic bouquet, an eruption of spice, eucalyptus, lavander and violets; amazingly sweet, wonderful fruit, concentrated yet vivacious, crisp, endless lenght.
