Of nautilus shell form, on stepped hexafoil foot and similar stem, with openwork foliate scrolls enamelled in blue, white and black, the shell-formed bowl held by four demi-female figure straps, similarly enamelled and with putto mask finial, the detachable cover with similar openwork scrolls and hippocamp finial, the body cut with foliate scrolls, marked on foot, stem, rim and cover
