Comprising a white jade dog with long pointed ears, its recumbent body slightly coiled, resting on its front paws, possibly Liao period; an oval plaque, finely carved in openwork to depict a pair of birds standing on elaborately twisted bamboo, forming the oval border, Yuan period; and a jade duck resting on a lotus leaf, carved in the round, its head turned toward its tail, grasping a millet spray in its beak, Ming period
