Both sides decorated with lozenge panels, circular motifs and stylised foliage amidst zig-zag black diaperwork on a peach ground, centred by a rectangular reserve with polychrome painted enamel scenes of courting couples in traditional folk costume, the borders with alternating whorls and shaded foliage on a blue ground, cabochon-set thumbpiece, gilt interior
