A Napoleonic prisoner of war model of a 110-gun 1st rate ship of the line
Late 18th or early 19th century
the model, taken apart for restoration, includes a the hull which is planked in bone and horn, and fitted with stem, quarter galleries and transom, with numerous parts [appears to be mostly complete] and notes on the work and assembly.
9 x 19½ in. (22.9 x 49.6 cm.) model on base.
