TWO WHITE JADE CIRCULAR PENDANTS
LATE QING DYNASTY
One carved on both sides with a central shuangxi (double happiness) medallion encircled by a band of C-scrolls and bosses, the other carved on one side with three recumbent rams (san yang) below the sun, the reverse with a raised four-character inscription in seal script describing the scene, both pendants carved from flawless translucent stone of even white tone
2 1/16 and 2 in. (5.2 and 5 cm.) diam. (2)
