This 'Chinoiserie' hanging lantern reflects the style introduced by George, Prince Regent, at the Marine Pavilion, Brighton under the guidance of his architect John Nash and the services of eminent 'Artist Decorators' such as Robert Jones and Messrs. Crace & Sons.
